The solicitors on our Panel List

Important notice about solicitors on our Panel List and compliance with the Introduction and Referral Code of the Law Society.

# We comply with Rule 9 of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct 2007 of the Solicitors' Regulation Authority. Any solicitor we refer you to is independent from us and will give you impartial and confidential advice.
# You are free to choose another solicitor.

We have a financial arrangement with solicitors who appear on our Panel List of Solicitors where we will introduce clients to them, and they pay us an annual fee or fee per case.
This fee will never be recouped from you under any circumstances. Solicitors’ fee are paid by the other side and they will not come out of any compensation awarded to you or your relatives.
Whichever solicitor you choose will provide legal services to you, subject to a merits assessment of your case. We have the option to review the arrangement, including the level of fee and the number of referrals with the solicitors who appear on our Panel List of Solicitors on a quarterly basis. All the solicitors on our panel list have extensive knowledge and experience of asbestos claims.
